No pressure, no nonsense
I had been to four garages and this was the only one that let me take the car for an hour on my own. The trade-in offer was fair and it did not change when I came back to sign. Niamh answered every question about the hybrid battery warranty without making me feel stupid.
They talked me out of a bigger car
I went in wanting a Model Y and left with a Niro that suits me better and cost twelve thousand less. That is not the usual sales experience. Six months on and the car has been perfect.
Second car from them
Bought my first car here in 2022 and came straight back. The paperwork is done properly, the car was valeted to a standard I did not expect, and the aftercare call two weeks later was a nice touch.
Good car, slow paperwork
The car is exactly as described and the price was keen. Getting the finance documents took three days longer than I was told, which is the only reason this is four stars rather than five.
Straight answer about a fault
They told me about a previous insurance repair before I asked, showed me the photographs and dropped the price accordingly. That kind of honesty is why I bought it.
Ideal first car experience
They spent forty minutes with my daughter going through everything and never once talked to me instead of her. She loves the car.
